Different New Year Resolutions

As you make plans to usher in 2015, what resolutions do you contemplate? So many of us consider new practices and habits centered on changing our habits or developing newer healthy ones. Most of the ideas we come up with involve working on ourselves.

What if we took a different approach for 2015 and focused on gratitude for what we have and being of service to others? How would that change what you planned for? What if you started a gratitude journal like Oprah Winfrey has talked about? Or you volunteer at a pet shelter or food kitchen? What if you didn’t worry about how fast you run, how much you go to the gym or how much you weigh? How would your world change if you focused on helping others and being grateful for what you have right now, this minute? Think about it!
